How do I cancel a label I won’t use?
On the Shipments page, click on the arrow next to the “Download” button that corresponds to the label you want to cancel, click on “Cancel Label”. You’ll get a refund on the next 48h. Once a label has been used, it cannot be canceled.

Can I add a custom text or reference to each label?
Yes. Custom references vary depending on the carrier, but all of them support at least two lines of up to 35 characters. You can configure this in Settings on the dashboard. The following wildcards are available: ordernum (order number), storeid (store order ID), sku (item SKU), and tags (store order tags).

Can I print multiple labels at once?
Yes. On the Orders page you can select multiple orders and generate all their labels in a single batch. A PDF with all labels will be created for you to download and print.

What label formats does eShip support?
eShip supports PDF Letter format, PDF thermal (4x6), and ZPL thermal printer (.zpl). You can change your preferred format in Settings on the dashboard.
