  • How do I integrate a carrier account?
First, you need to contact the carrier directly to open an account if you don't have one yet. If you already have an account, you'll need access to your webservices credentials. You can obtain these by contacting the carrier's support team or by creating an account directly on their developer portal. The exact credentials required vary by carrier — you can see what's needed for each one in the eShip dashboard under Carriers Add New Carrier.Few readers
  • How do I pay for shipments using my own connected carrier account?
Shipment charges are billed directly by the carrier — you will pay them independently according to your contract with them. Through eShip, you will only be charged for your plan and any applicable per-label fee. You can manage your eShip payment method from the Billing page.Few readers
  • Which carriers have the best coverage in rural or hard-to-reach areas?
Coverage varies by country and carrier. In Mexico, Estafeta and Fedex have extensive coverage including extended zones. In the US, FedEx and UPS offer broad rural coverage, while USPS reaches virtually every address nationwide. In New Zealand, NZ Post covers most remote areas. For any region, we recommend quoting with at least two carriers on eShip to compare availability and price.Few readers
