Why am I being charged $100?
Whenever you buy your first label of the week on eShip, a $100.00 hold is applied to your payment method. This is not a charge, it’s just a hold. On the following Saturday, the $100.00 will be released and we’ll charge you the amount that represents the labels you created during the week. If you spend more than $100 before Saturday, you’ll be charged as soon as you reach $100.00.

Why am I being charged for “additional charges”?
Sometimes shipping companies will make additional charges that weren’t taken into account when creating the label, for example, additional charges for special handling, extended delivery areas, oversize packages, among others. You will be charged when the shipping company notifies us of additional charges, which is usually days after the shipment has been delivered.

Why am I being charged for “audited measurements”?
If you create a label for certain measurements and/or weight and the shipping company finds out you miscalculated the measurements and/or weight, you will be charged a difference that makes up for the additional inches or lbs.
