Can I add a custom text or reference to each label?

Yes. Custom references vary depending on the carrier, but all of them support at least two lines of up to 35 characters. You can configure this in Settings on the dashboard. The following wildcards are available: {order_num} (order number), {store_id} (store order ID), {sku} (item SKU), and {tags} (store order tags).
