  • How is volumetric weight calculated?
    Volumetric weight can be calculated by multiplying the length, width and height of a parcel (in cm) and dividing that figure by 5000. You may often find that the price of your shipment is dictated by the volumetric weight of your parcel(s) rather than the physical weight.Some readers

  • How do I cancel a label I won’t use?
    On the Shipments page, click on the arrow next to the “Download” button that corresponds to the label you want to cancel, click on “Cancel Label”. You’ll get a refund on the next 48h. Once a label has been used, it cannot be canceled.Few readers
  • How do I add or change my default Origin Address?
    In the My Addresses page you’ll be able to add addresses to your account. The highlighted address is the one currently being used as the default address, to change it, simply click on another address.Few readers
  • How do I create a label without connecting my store or for an order that didn’t come from my store?
    First, make sure you’ve added an address in the My Addresses page and a payment method on the Billing page, then, on the Orders page, click on the “Create Order” button on the top right corner.Few readers
