Why am I being asked to upgrade my eShip plan?
The Free eShip plan expires after 20 labels are created. To create more labels, you’ll have to upgrade your plan. For more information on plans and pricing please visit https://myeship.co/pricing.

Why can’t I schedule a pickup?
First make sure you’ve recently created a label that hasn't been shipped. If you don’t see the option of your desired parcel company it probably means it will have an additional cost, please use the eShip help chat for more information.

Why am I not seeing all the orders of my store on the Orders page?
Please make sure you’ve clicked on the “Sync Orders” button. Try using the search bar to look for the order. Make sure the order hasn’t been canceled or deleted from your store. If you still can’t see it, please use the eShip help chat to get help.
