Why am I not seeing all the orders of my store on the Orders page?
- Please make sure you’ve clicked on the “Sync Orders” button.
- Try using the search bar to look for the order.
- Make sure the order hasn’t been canceled or deleted from your store.
- If you still can’t see it, please use the eShip help chat to get help.
