Why am I not seeing all the orders of my store on the Orders page?
Please make sure you’ve clicked on the “Sync Orders” button.
Try using the search bar to look for the order.
Make sure the order hasn’t been canceled or deleted from your store.
If you still can’t see it, please use the eShip help chat to get help.
